Operations & Maintenance
Facility Systems Electrical Engineer
Offutt AFB, NE
Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.

Job Description: Perform electrical engineering services on the C2F contract.

Qualifications:
  • Position will require the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Five years experience in electrical engineering
  • Working Knowledge of NFPA Standards
  • Ability to analyze and document facility circuit functions, conduct schematic capture of electronic devices and systems
  • Ability to research and document electronic components
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed Electrical system Safety and maintenance procedures
  • Support facility infrastructure power supply and monitoring systems failure repair procedure instructions
  • Develop cost efficient predictive maintenance task instructions
  • Computer skills, including MS Office applications, graphics, drawings, and other specialized applications
  • Evaluate and update the Delta building monitoring system
  • Prepare government estimates used in negotiating cost of approved changes
  • Support project team by performing other engineering duties as might be defined by client

Administrative Assistant
Offutt AFB, NE
Education: AA Degree or equivalent and 2-3 years experience.

Job Description: Responsible for accomplishing a wide variety of administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Must be U.S. citizen and able to obtain top secret clearance
  • Working knowledge of OSHA CFR 29 Standards
  • Knowledge of computer and Microsoft packages
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Perform quality inspections and present safety briefings
  • Skilled in scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Research and purchase materials
  • Maintain credit card and petty cash logs
  • Follow procurement policies and procedures
  • Submit purchase orders for materials and services for materials and services
  • Manage personnel training records and schedule training requirements
  • Conduct inventory and quality audits
  • General office skills answer phone and direct request for service
  • Manage hazardous materials conduct safety briefings
  • Attend meeting and document minutes
  • Check in deliveries
Physical Requirements:Extensive walking, moving of material, and receiving deliveries under 50 pounds
