Business Management Support Specialist Oviedo, Fl | Education: Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing and a minimum of 5 years experience.
Job Description: Manage all aspects of Business activities, including Purchasing, Billing, Invoicing, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Payrolls, Contract Negotiations, Marketing & Human Resources.
Qualifications: - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail
- High sense of urgency and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Fluent in Reading, Writing and Speaking both English & Spanish is required
Duties & Responsibilities: - Manage accounts using accounting software and other programs
- Ensure payments owed by the company to suppliers and other creditors, paying vendor invoices or bills in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
