YEI maintains an Information Technology Laboratory that is used to validate different IT solutions and to simulate each of our customers’
specific functional environments. The Lab’s primary purpose is to prototype opportunities for new technologies that will enhance system
performance, function, and efficiencies so that YEI can provide beneficial recommendations to our customers.
YEI provides secure global access to documents and engineering drawings on its
corporate web site. Our OPEN ACCESS portal offers a venue for our employees and customers
to maintain open communications regarding YEI news, achievements, job postings,
and other non-proprietary YEI information.

Instructor Led Training
YEI delivers instructor-led technical courses in our world-class learning facility and at customer sites. We are experts in the
entire range of educational services including custom training needs analyses, course design, instructional materials development,
training delivery, testing and proficiency assessment, and remediation.
YEI provides instructor-led courses to NASA, U.S. Air Force, and contractor personnel at Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral
Air Force Station. This training concentrates on information technologies involving workflow management, asset management,
purchasing/acquisition, and a variety of miscellaneous applications.
YEI also provides a wide range of instructor-led training to our commercial customers. A major element of this effort has
been the on-site training of ExxonMobil engineering and contractor personnel in the use and application of YEI-developed
design packages. We have designed and developed courses for users and administrators of our software products.
Computer Based Training
YEI designs and delivers an array of computer-based training products. Our online tutorials and context-sensitive
help features have been tightly coupled with our information technology products to provide quick start and assimilation
as needed to maximize the utility of our products. Our professional multimedia capabilities permit the integration of
audio, video, animation, pictures, graphics, text, and other media to maximize learning in a stand-alone training environment.
